With a passion for education and a wealth of experience, I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their academic goals, unlock their true potential, and most of all, enjoy learning as much as I do!

• MEng Civil Engineering (2:1) from Imperial College London

• A-levels in Maths (A*), Further Maths (A*), Physics (A*), and Chemistry (A)

• GCSEs completed with 9A*s and 2As

• Additional languages: Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu

• Multiple awards for outstanding academic achievement

• Enhanced DBS certified

• Working as a Civil Engineer at a global consultancy

My approach

I prioritise authentic learning, focusing on building a deep understanding of core concepts rather than rote memorisation. Each lesson is tailored to the student's individual needs using original questions, diagrams, analogies, and supplementary background knowledge for effective and engaging sessions.

I plan only the key points for each lesson to keep sessions structured yet flexible. This allows me to continuously adapt the difficulty of the questions and materials in real-time, ensuring that students feel both supported and challenged beyond the curriculum. By doing so, I encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and a deeper appreciation of the subject while maintaining a dynamic and responsive learning environment.

From the very start, I identify and address knowledge gaps, incorporating regular testing with past paper questions to reinforce concepts. I provide continuous feedback and guidance to keep students motivated and on track. Drawing from my own recent student experience, I also share valuable insights and strategies for effective revision and exam success.

During lessons, I share my screen and write in an online notebook, giving students on-demand access to notes for easy review and independent study.
